Chair of Emergency Department at Glendale Adventist Medical Center (California, U.S.) managing 22 board certified ED physicians and 17 physicians assistants and nurse practitioners who treat over 60,000 patients annually.  Former attending physician at Henry Ford Hospital. Holds BS in Psychology from the University of Southern California and MD degree  from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Biomedical Engineer, Royal Academy Engineering Research Fellow at the Department of Engineering Science, University of Oxford.

Tingting's work involves the development of machine learning for understanding complex patient data, with an emphasis on Bayesian inference, deep learning, and applications involving the developing world.

Senior Licencing and Ventures Manager in the Digital Health, MedTech and Bioinformatics team at Oxford University Innovation. Richard focuses on technologies that include genetics, genomics, software and/or data.

Holds a BSc(Hon) in Microbiology and Genetics from the University of Aberdeen, and a PhD in Genetics from the University of Cambridge.
